Payment Method

Local Presenters and Participants:

  • Registration payment for Indonesian author can be processed by bank transfer to:

     BCA 3920554198 with the bank account name Agus Hendriyanto.

 

  • After payment is complete, please confirm by uploading the receipt back in the I-KAIGI system.
  • Registration payment for non-Indonesian author can be processed via Paypal by contacting this email first: agushendriyanto2@gmail.com.
  • After payment is complete, please confirm by uploading the receipt back in the I-KAIGI system.

At least 1 author of accepted paper must registered and complete the payment before the conference in order for the paper to be include in the conference. After making a payment, please upload proof of payment to our system at incodec.i-kaigi.com.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation for any reason, the conference registration fees will not be refunded, but substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that the conference committee is advised of the change.

 

Publications

Submitted papers will be reviewed by a scientific committee and assigned to either oral and poster sessions. According to the reviewers recommendations, selected papers will be recommended for publication in Web of Science Indexed Proceeding*

Guidelines

Online Conference and Parallel System

InCodec will be held by online due to current Covid-19 pandemic circumstances. There are two different sessions in this conference, parallel session and general assembly.

 

Considering time constraints and to avoid various technical problems (such as lagging internet connection, different time zone, etc.) during the conference, the parallel session is performed with the assist of presentation media in a digital venue. The parallel session can be accessed through the conference website (https://incodec.uns.ac.id/parallel/), all the digital formats of paper presentations (recorded video and poster) are listed and opened to all participants. Furthermore, during the general assembly, invited speakers’ talk will be performed through the live meeting. Both stages can be enjoyed by all participants who are listed and invited with the following time frame:

The following is the guideline to access the digital venue for the parallel session:

1. Please visit InCodec Website (http://incodec.uns.ac.id/)

2. Click “Parallel Session” button. Participants and author’s will be redirected to the room list. There are ten parallel rooms

3. Click on the presentation type and the preferred topic in a specific room

4. Click the presentation title

5. The abstract and presentation media can be viewed accordingly

6. Leave any comments in the form for Q & A. Please write an email for further contact.

7. The presenter will reply to every comment.
